Cow Parade-Edinburgh 2006
Cow Parade is the world's biggest public art event. On the 15th May 100 life-sized fibre-glass cows, colourfully painted and decorated by local artists were seen "grazing" throughout the streets, parks and historic locations of Edinburgh.
On the 7th September they went under the hammer at Prestonfiled Stables where £252,200 was raised for two charities. One City Trust and VETAID.

Hopeful buyers with their paddles.
