Sellers pay NO COMMISSION on lots selling for £5,000 and over
We offer free informal verbal valuations and sales advice, as well as free guidance on any requirement you may have for an 'official' valuation. It helps if you can bring items in, or send us images. Occasionally, out-of-pocket expenses, such as travel may be charged, but we can usually integrate visits across Scotland within our monthly diary.
Competitive professional fees are, however, charged on all formal valuations, i.e. written valuations for official purposes, such as insurance, probate, inheritance or taxation purposes.
