Many insurance companies demand that a professional valuation is made of valuable antiques, especially if you possess inherited items for which there is no formal receipt. A valuation can lead to cheaper insurance premiums, prevent you being penalised for under-insurance and probably speed the settlement of your claim. Our room-by-room inventory and valuations can be accompanied by photographs, offering both peace of mind, and ‘proof of possession’.
